Studying abroad...
Hey!
Ever since my dream of being a doctor was lost, i've come up with a new dream. Which is studying abroad. So I'd like to study a language or something to do with law. When I think about going abroad, I would say England or Spain. I would definitely study, because when you don't you lose a year of school. Then it is really hard to catch up again. When you live in another country and speak another language, you discover so many things that you wouldn't have discovered as a tourist. I think it would be a great adventure, a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Studying abroad
I don't think I'm going to study abroad. I can study in Holland too, which is just as good. In Holland I don't have to learn the language. I also can't have difficulties with the subjects which are in that language too.
Going abroad

When I'd go abroad, I think I would go either to Japan or to Germany. But Japan is far away, and I don't think I would really do much studying/working (I would spend all day looking for lolita clothing and walking around Harajuku xD). Therefore I would go to Germany, which is near Holland, so it would be easy to visit my family once in a while.
I would go during my studies or after have finished my studies, so that I could learn the language while working and studying. I'd really like to work e.g. in a hospital, and understand how they work with patients and medicines. I think it would look good on my CV and it could come in handy later.

Studying/living abroad
If I were to study or venture abroad, I think I'd go to the USA. I would visit e.g. New York, hire a room and get a job there, while learning the language and possibly studying. If I were not really studying in that city, I would spare money and when having a free day, I'd go sightseeing with it, or, after a couple of months, travel to any (nearby) place worth visiting. I'm planning to do something like this, either after passing my school exam or after finishing university college, but things start to point out to the second choise, as I haven't yet begun sparing money. My biggest problem would probably be getting used to the American culture and the sheer size of it's cities (I've always lived in small villages).

Last week I asked you to write a blog post and I asked Bas and Cyril to act as moderators. So far I haven't seen any posts? So my question is: where are they? Even though I won't see you tomorrow (which I regret), this doesn't mean that I think you can postpone your writing. So: don't leave off until tomorrow what you can do today!

BBC awards
Hello,
I think the BBC awards are great for training your writing or speaking skills, but I don't want to send any of my attempts to the BBC for real. I think if you (TheTeach) check it, and maybe talk it through or read eachother's story's out loud in front of the class and let the others comment them, is enough. I would hate te be picked out of the croud and speak out loud in front of a lot of people. Is this just me?
